The Country Place is Seeking a Part Time Grounds Marshal to Join the Team

The Grounds Marshal is responsible for providing on-site presence at all The Country Place common ground areas, including the greenbelt, golf course, tennis courts, playground, swimming pools, clubhouse, maintenance area, lakes, and exercise room. This involves regular patrols and proactive monitoring to uphold rules and regulations that protect property, promote safety, and ensure fair access for residents and guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Monitor HOA common ground areas to ensure they are functioning properly by performing regular rounds on property

·       Ensure that only authorized residents and their guests/visitors are using Country Place facilities by checking for ID tags

·       Collect guest fees for non-residents

·       Check areas to ensure property is secure

Required Skills & Abilities

·       Good interpersonal and customer service skills for communicating with residents and guests

·       Ability to function well independently

·       Ability to work outdoors daily in all weather conditions

·       Good driving record needed to drive ATV and company vehicle

·       Lift 20 lbs. at a time
