	All Amenities are exclusively for use of Country Place Residents in Good Standing. Residents' guests are welcome when accompanied by said resident, following current sign-in and fee protocols. Clubhouse The Clubhouse/office is located 2 blocks inside the southern entrance to Country Place, and is situated on a hill overlooking our swimming pools and scenic lakes. The clubhouse is a two-story 7,000 square foot historic building used by Country Place activity groups and is available for rental to Country Place residents. Check with staff for restrictions on use by resident Members.
	Exercise Room The Exercise Room with a sauna is adjacent to our Clubhouse. It is equipped with basic equipment, such as treadmills, exercise bikes, stair steppers, bench press, free weights, and a fully-equipped weight machine. Important Information Hours: Monday-Sunday 5:00 am - midnight. The Exercise Room is closed from midnight to 5:00 am everyday. Costs: See Staff for Access Code. Bring ID
	Fishing Country Place is blessed with several beautiful lakes and ponds which provide an environment for excellent fishing. The lakes are stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill, bream and catfish. It is a catch-and-release honor system.
	Golf Course/Pro Shop The well-maintained nine-hole par 3 golf course is a challenge to even the ‘low-handicapper.’ The narrow fairways are surrounded by water or townhouses and each hole has its unique characteristics. The yardage ranges from a short 105 yards to a more difficult 180 yards. It is truly a delight to play the golf course in the early morning as the sun rises in the east as well as at dusk when the sun sets in the west! The Pro-Shop is open Wednesday-Sunday 8:30-4 pm. All golfers are required to sign in, start at the first green, and have on their person a full set of clubs. 	Park/Playground The park area is close to a lovely flowing creek and is equipped with picnic facilities which include picnic tables, benches and barbeque grill. A full-size basketball court is located on the west end of this area. Recently installed and upgraded playground equipment invites children of all ages, stimulates their imagination and offers meaningful exercise for a wide age group of children.
	Pickleball Tennis courts are striped for Pickleball boundaries. Open Play, Scheduled Play is posted on the board outside the Pro Shop. Important Information Location: Upper Courts near Pro Shop & Lower Tennis Courts at Lob Lake
	Pools Our pool facilities are located near our Clubhouse and include a large deck area overlooking one of our lakes. There are two large pools and one kiddie pool open from May to October. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer months. Our pool facilities are used for individual enjoyment as well as swim and exercise classes, resident get-togethers, and pool parties for special events. 	Tennis Courts Our tennis facilities include six tennis courts: two by the Pro Shop and four at Lob Lake, which are lighted for night play. Movable basketball hoops have recently been added to the Lob Lake Courts, to allow for extended play under the lights. There are organized tennis leagues for women, men and seniors who play throughout the year. Sign up is required in advance of play. Check schedules for tournament/league play which may restrict availability of courts. Costs: Free to Residents and their Guests under current fee structures
