Payments are delinquent after the above dates

and subject to a $25.00 monthly late payment fee.

DISCOUNT PLAN                                                                                       $2,185.00

You can receive a $115.00 annual discount if you pay your maintenance assessment early, anytime before 5:00 PM, Friday, June 28, 202. Payment ABSOLUTELY MUST be received in our office before closing time at 5:00 PM, June 28, 2024 - NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you will be out of town at that time, please make arrangements to have your payment in our office before Friday, June 28, 2024, at 5:00 PM.  If you use electronic banking or the Alliance Bank (AAB) Website to pay your maintenance assessment, be aware it can take up to a week for payments to hit the Association Account.  If you pay by this method, payments must hit the Association Bank account by June 28, 2024 to qualify for the discount plan. 

Payments that are postmarked on or before the due date but that do not arrive in our office by 5:00 PM on June 28, 2024 will NOT be accepted under the discount plan, and the regular quarterly maintenance assessment set forth above must be paid for 2024-2025.
